TASK 1: How to subscribe/register

HBZ customers can subscribe/register to HBZweb service by filling and submitting the completed form to their nearest HBZ branch.

NOTE: Forms are available online on HBZ website under Download Center tab.

STEP 1: Download the form

Following forms are available online for the customers to initiate the request HBZweb service:

1. Account opening form: If you are a new Customer - don’t have HBZ account, then first you need to open an account. You can subscribe to HBZweb services at the time of opening an account simultaneously, by providing necessary information while filling up the Account Opening form, available online on HBZ website under Download Center tab and fill in the information under Additional Service section.
2. HBZweb & HBZgsm subscription form: If you are an existing HBZ customer and wanted to subscribe to HBZweb service, then you can download HBZweb Subscription form, available online on HBZ website under Download Center tab.

STEP 2: Complete the form

Fill in the required (Account Opening or HBZweb & HBZgsm Subscription) form and arrange the required documents accordingly.

STEP 3: Submit the form

Finally, submit the completed form and required documents to your nearest HBZ branch. To locate branch near you, click here for the address and contact details.
