	Habib Bank AG Zurich requests all corporate clients to confirm/update
	their "Know Your Customer" (KYC) information  in our  records  before
	15th December 2017. 
	
	
	The link to the KYC form is appended here for  your  easy  reference. 
	We  would  appreciate  if you can send the completed KYC form to us by
	email at csd@habibbank.com or deliver in person to any of the branches
	in UAE.
