NOTICE: HANDLING CHARGES FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS

Dear Valued Customers,

Handling Charges for Business clients is being revised as follows:

• Upto 15 Transactions per month - AED 5 per transaction.
• After 15 Transactions per month - AED 10 per transaction.

Handling transactions will include transactions carried out at the Branch Teller counters and all other manually initiated transactions submitted to the Branch for processing.

We encourage clients to use our ATMs/CDMs for their cash transactions and Web Banking platform for other transactions which provide ease, convenience and security.

This change will be effective February 2019.
